Benefits of Coconut Oil
Our oil is derived from coconut white flesh. This pure flesh is later pressed for further separation. Moisture at this stage is approximately 90% oil and 10% water. For best results, the expulsion is left to stand so that a complete separation of oil from water occurs producing the finest quality coconut oil available today.
Our Premium Oil Method
Our oil production process is designed to generate pure coconut oil with minimal quantities of water which will ensure the complete retention of the vitamin E and antioxidants values. The pressing and grinding process of our coconuts leads to coconut milk separation by the use of centrifugal force, dividing the mixture into three distinct components(oil, water and milk). This separation process leaves the components separated into different thicknesses.
